EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Most major businesses now have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). A group is formed by individuals of similar backgrounds in race, ethnicity, sexual identification, hobbies, interests etc. Major companies have many ERGs. It’s a great way to get to know your fellow employees and stay in touch with people of similar identity and backgrounds. Many people report to us that they can network with other people in their companies and friendships have developed from ERG’s.
Project RACE is proud to be a resource for ERGs all over the country and will continue to work towards providing them with data, news and information on the Multiracial community, governmental status, and other important resources.
