• We have testified before Congressional Subcommittees five times at their request.

  • We have worked with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Census Bureau, and other governmental agencies to have forms accommodate Multiracial people.

  • We worked with 14 states to add a Multiracial classification to forms.

  • We work with school districts, medical facilities, and local agencies to utilize a Multiracial classification.

  • We hold bone marrow donor drives for Multiracial children with blood diseases. We also advocate for cord blood storage.

  • We established Multiracial Heritage Week in 2014 and have grown it over the years.

  • We are the only national organization fighting for the civil rights of the Biracial and Multiracial population.

  • We support interracial families and the Multiracial community.

  • We publish a popular blog to keep people aware of the status of the Multiracial population.

  • We have consulted on films and documentaries produced about Multiracial people.

  • We worked for many years to pass Assembly Bill 532 in California that makes it mandatory for every state agency, including schools, to add a multiracial classification with the ability to choose more than one race. The Governor signed it in 2015, and it became active on January 1, 2022.

  • We have earned Congressional Certificates of Special Recognition in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
