EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS Most major businesses now have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). A group is formed by individuals of similar backgrounds in race, ethnicity, sexual identification, hobbies, interests etc. Major companies have many ERGs. It’s a great way to get to know your fellow employees and stay in touch with people of similar identity and backgrounds.
