Census Bureau to Submit Questions for 2020 Census to Congress — By March 31, 2018, the Census Bureau will deliver to Congress the wording of the questions it plans to ask in the 2020 Census. Also included in the submission to Congress are the planned questions for the 2020 American Community Survey.
